King 5 News reported today on a speech given to Bremerton (Washington) High School students by Tara Kirk, who won a silver medal in the 2004 Olympics.
Kirk, age 25, competed in the Athens Olympics alongside her sister, another world-class swimmer. Kirk swims professionally now and plans to return to the Olympics next year.
Her advice to the students:
"You'll never how much you might be able to accomplish and how much you'll be able to change the world if you don't try."
